GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GO!
Set your clocks! Serbia is in GMT+1, so adjust your time.
Stay connected – For international visitors coming to Serbia, we recommend activating roaming services with your provider before arrival. Roaming may involve extra charges for calls, SMS, and data, so check roaming rates and available packages. To save costs, use Wi-Fi or activate a roaming plan. Your device will automatically connect to local networks, but you can manually select one if needed. For assistance, contact your provider’s support.
Cash or card? Both work! You can pay in Serbian dinars (RSD) or by card—whichever works best for you.
What’s on the house & what’s extra? – At the Fruške Terme Hotel and the Etno Hotel, the price of accommodation includes a non-alcoholic minibar, coffee, and tea. For guests staying at the Fruške Residences, the price includes a welcome bottle of still water, as well as coffee and tea (there is no minibar in this facility)
Additional costs for participants include drinks during their free time, as well as extra services at the wellness & spa center, such as massages, treatments, and similar services.
Sip smart! Drinking water in a hotel comes with a few tips – Due to the high mineral concentration, tap water is not recommended for drinking for sensitive people.
